What is included in support for my purchase?

When you purchase a product on Envacode you’ll receive support from the author of the product. A supported item includes free support for 6 months from the purchase date. During these 6 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services you have purchased. 


You can ask for support by leaving a message in the comment section on the page of the item you have purchased. Response times by authors can vary depending on the volume of inquiries, The author should be able to give you support within 1 business day after your request. If this is not the case, please contact Envacode support by submitting a Ticket. We will see if we can help you. 


What is not included in support is:


* Installation of the item.

* Item customization

* Hosting, server environment of software
