How do I receive support for my purchase?

You can ask for support by leaving a message in the comment section on the page of the item you have purchased. Response times by authors can vary depending on the volume of inquiries. 

The author should be able to give you support within 1 to 2 business days after your request. If this is not the case, please contact Envacode support by submitting a Ticket. We will see if we can help you.
